The access level for BroadWorks documentation is set to “Customer and Above”, which means you need to be a Cisco Customer to access this. If you are a customer of a Cisco customer, you can go through them to access the document.

Hello, I work with a small business that uses the Broadworks XSI API through a VOIP provider that runs Broadworks.

I do not have the account level access to allow me to view the release notes for the Broadworks XSI linked here:

https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/broadworks/RN/BW-XSP-ReleaseNotes.pdf

Can anyone help me access this document so I can make sure that our app complies with changes in the latest release? Thank you!
