Hi all,

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the management IP address of an existing device through the API and also trigger a device Sync?

I am trying to create a workflow for provisioning and this will require each device to be reconfigured during the process and then we will use a loopback address for management, but I cannot see an API method to do this, other than to delete and readd the devices.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Andy

Deleting and re-adding would be the only workflow I could think of. We don't currently support triggering a sync via the API. We don't have a way to change the device IP either; the bulkImport operation can update credentials, but the IP address is the key we use to know which device to update.
