Automating Top Talkers

Hi Guys

I am trying to automate Top Talkers to be automatically triggered when a router's bandwidth utilisation is greater than or equal to 80% monitoring threshold; if this happens an event (ServiceNow) is triggered; basically I want to embed the top talkers in the event ticket generated automatically.

Please be advised I have both routers older IOS and routers with new IOS in the same network.

Do we have any Guru's here who can craft a python script for the above requirement?

The script needs to accommodate both older IOS and new ISO.

You can use EEM Script to report to any of your Server which can process this information and use Service-Now API for you to raise a ticket.
