Programatically configure Meraki MX Lan interface Radius

I am looking to reconfigure a few hundred Meraki Network sites with new Radius servers.

I am aware how to configure the new servers themselves, and how to configure the Radius within the wireless configuration.

However I am struggling to see a means to configure the Radius setting within the MX LAN ports.
This would appear to be the API that would modify the ports im looking at.

However there is no mention of Radius within the configuration, neither does there appear to be an option within the Early Access APIs either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
