DUO Authentification for Windwos Logon can't install

I am trying to install RDP DUO Authentication for Windows Logon. I can go through the steps of entering API hostname, integration key, secret key and the options after that. But on the last step, I get the following error message :

InstallShield Wizard Completed

The wizard was interrupted before Duo Authentication for
Windows Logon x64 could be completely installed.

Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at
another time, please run setup again.

Click Finish to exit the wizard.

I have run the Installation process multiple times, but it never works. Can anyone help me?

Try taking a look at the MSI log created by the Duo installer for clues to why the install failed.

Here’s a KB article about creating an MSI install debug log.

Thanks for the Answer, I have looked through the Log file and also showed it to two IT-Colleges but no one could find anything suspicious, besides the generic Error 1603

Ah, if the 1603 is at the end of the log, search within the log contents before that for error or fail or exception maybe?

What antivirus are you using? Consider disabling or removing it and retrying the install. We use Cylance and I've had it block installation of programs without even an alert.
