Unfortunately no, today the Duo Admin Panel requires Duo MFA success in the Admin Panel and won't recognize that MFA may have happened at the identity provider already.

Please contact Duo Support or your MSP partner manager to submit a feature request for this.

Is there a way to set up Entra ID SSO for admins logging into the MSP admin portal so that only MFA on Entra's side is needed and not the Duo MFA prompt as well?
