&lt;P&gt;We recently made some changes to the administrator provisioning process. Owner administrators can’t change passwords for other admins anymore. Have the admin who can’t log in use the &lt;A href="https://duo.com/docs/administration#forgotten-password"&gt;Forgotten Password self-service link&lt;/A&gt; present on the Admin Panel login page to reset her password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
