    <description>&lt;DIV class="duo-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use Duo for work and my Phone number is enrolled in two different Duo tenants with them. I thought it would be sweet to setup Duo for my ssh connection at home so went to setup a Free account for personal use but got this &lt;A href="https://imgur.com/a/nBRx4Ij" rel="nofollow noopener"&gt;error&lt;/A&gt; stating “Unable to complete signup”.  Any idea what’s up with this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Your best bet here is to &lt;A href="https://help.duo.com/s/article/1441?language=en_US"&gt;contact Duo Support&lt;/A&gt; and work with them, as there could be a few different things going on here. The device and phone number shouldn’t be the problem though – you can read a &lt;A href="https://community.duo.com/t/duo-for-two-different-company/4913/2"&gt;past convo on using the same phone for multiple accounts here&lt;/A&gt;. An email address can only be associated with one Duo admin account though, so if you are using the same email to sign up, try using a different one instead.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
