Storing Cisco device password inside python script

im looking for a secure way to store my Cisco devices password in a secured way so I can use it inside a python script - so it will be automated.

would appreciate any help!

Try Vault. Vault is an identity-based secret and encryption management system. Vault provides encryption services that are gated by authentication and authorization methods.
