How to enable dark mode? I don't have appearance tab in settings

Hello everyone,

I'm running the latest Webex app version (43.1.024716) on windows 11, and I would like to enable the dark mode like shown in the documentation :

But I don't have an "Appearance" tab in the settings...

Can anywone help me ?

You can try to click Help-Health Checker,

At the bottom of the Health Checker window click Reset.
Log back in and see if that resolved your issue .

It will erase your local copy and settings. Also cached information and messages will be purged.

Simply login via https://web.webex.com/ and you will see that your contact list and messages are stored in the cloud.

If nothing changed it means that the site admin on your admin account has applied universal settings for the entire organization to not allow it so every time you log back in its re-applied. They would have to go into the admin portal under admin.webex.com to change that.
