Webex Windows 10: Virtual Background Minimum Req. False Error

Hello,

Short: I met the minimum requirements, but Webex tells me I dont, hence doenst let me use the virtual background.

Long:
Windows 10 Pro (Version 21H2 (Build 19044.2486)
16 BG RAM
nvidia geforce gtx 1060 6gb
I reinstalled both Webex and my graphic card drivers.
I tried different USB ports for my webcam (which works fine)

No idea what else to do.

I really need that virtual background to be able to work from home

It sounds like you're trying to use one of the standard virtual backgrounds that are provided by Webex so the problem is not caused by an incompatible image file. You mentioned you updated your graphic card drivers. Have you also tried to update or reinstall the camera drivers? If you're computer has a built in camera trying using that as well and if you have access to a different camera, test with that as well. Good luck,
