Remove Webex Assistant button from panel in meeting

It's so frustrating that whenever I scroll over or near the Webex Assistant button on the meeting controls panel, a box automatically pops up saying "hello" and asks me if I want to switch it on. I have to manually click 'x' to close it.

How can I remove this button from the panel, or stop the irritating pop up?

This is like Clippy of Webex. Please make it an option to remove from the panel.

You may try removing the Webex assistant license from your user in Control Hub..

I don't think I have that ability (I have an account under my university's domain).

Besides, if the license is removed, then that means it's removed for everyone right?

I just want to switch off / remove the button from the panel for myself.

This would be solved if it wasn't so invasive. I don't see why there has to be a pop up notification each time I roll over it. I was aware it existed the first time I saw the pop up.
