Not able to open the https://admin.webex.com/ portal

I am not able to open the https://admin.webex.com/ portal, it redirects to https://admin.webex.com/unauthorized unauthorized page.

I tried changing my password but still can't open the portal, can you please help with this?

Does your account have admin privileges? Otherwise it would be correct to get the unauthorized message..

Just a basic check, Have you tried clearing up cache ? Is there any changes in your account role ?

I tried in an incognito browser as well, and I don't know about the role I have just created my account today.

You'd need to ask your sys admin or partner in your org to give you proper authorization role.
I believe this is new account so may be you don't have privileges to access Control Hub a.k.a. admin.webex.com.

If you don't have any alternative system admin. I guess it would great if you contact your Cisco Partner who has provisioned your Org Control Hub.

I had just talked with the support team and they said,

"The current trial account Cisco Webex offers are the Free Webex account, however Control hub is not included in the features for free accounts.

Cisco Webex does not offer trial accounts that includes Control hub, but there are Cisco Partners that may be able to provide trial Enterprise trial accounts for you. For reference about getting Enterprise trial account, kindly check this link: https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/n6equ7x/Where-is-the-Webex-enterprise-trials-program-available

you can check with Cisco Partners for Enterprise trial account"
