Webex app for iPhone running in background

Hi,

On the android app you have the option to keep the app running in the background. This way you will keep recieving phone calls even when the app is fully closed.

I can't seem to find this option on an iPhone.

And the people who are using apple have to open the app every couple of minutes to be able to recieve a phone call. This is very annoying.

Does someone know how to fix this issue?

Apple no longer allows VoIP apps to maintain an active SIP registration in the background; it drains the battery too quickly. You need to configure push notifications, OAuth, and SIP OAuth to resolve this. Thank you for your reply.

But how do edit the APN on iphone and with what details.

I can't seem to find the information. I can only see that the issue is with APNS and that i need to change the settings but i don't know what i should change in the settings.
