How to activate A-MST-WX-CVI-ROOMS license???

Hello Everyone

We are preparing to order A-MST-WX-CVI-ROOMS licenses for customers but we don't know how to activate it.

When ordering, will we receive a PAK license or a Smart license?

Can someone guide me please?

The provisioning contact set on the web order in CCW will get a provisioning email on the requested start date to activate the subscription against the customer org ID. After that you can follow the Deploy the Webex video integration for Microsoft Teams help article.

If the customer buys new. When placing an order, we need to fill in the customer's email information so they can provision it when they receive the license, right?

The customer will activate the license in the control Hub as guide

Your choice but the vast majority of partners set the provisioning contact to a partner email address so they establish a ‘managed by’ relationship between their partner org ID and the customer org ID by completing the activation process (ie you can see the customer org in WCH).
