&lt;P&gt;You may also want to check your computer's memory and CPU usage to make sure neither one is running at a high level.&amp;nbsp; You can shut down some unneeded apps and services to help to reduce these if needed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When IM'ing in webex teams app, the app is extremely slow. If i type a message to someone, there's a delay in it appearing and also switching between rooms / conversations there is a huge lag.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I've logged out, back in.&amp;nbsp; Rebooted.&amp;nbsp; Still extremely slow and laggy.&amp;nbsp; I am on VPN.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
