In the Webex app, click on the user's avatar and select help->report a problem. The logs will be gathered and made available in the control hub of the user's organization so that an administrator or TAC may have a look at them

Perform the following steps to capture the logs from Webex App:

Open the Webex Meetings app.
Tap on. icon in the upper-left corner.
Tap on Help.
Tap on Report Problem.
Enter the following information: Detailed description of the problem. Steps to reproduce the problem. ...
Enter an email address to send the log to, then tap Send.
