Webex quiet hours not working on Android

I apologize if this isn't the right place for this, but it's been something I've been having trouble with over the past few months.

I've been having trouble with getting quiet hours set up on Android. The organization I work for does not have quiet hours available on desktop, but is available on the mobile app.

However it seems that even when it is set up, it does not have the moon symbol appear on Webex and I still receive notifications on my Android phone.

I know some of my peers have iPhones where when they set it up it works without any issue with the moon symbol appearing and not notifications received for it.

Appreciate the link, but I did follow those instructions and it still doesn't show that my quiet hours are enabled by having a moon icon.

That's a screenshot of what I have set up which is identical to one of my peers using an iPhone, but for them it shows the moon symbol during quiet hours and for me it still shows me as available.
