Retrieving Chats once meeting is over

Customer hosted a Webex Meeting but did not have a chance to save the Chat window information when he ended the meeting.

Is there any way to retrieve the Chat messages once the meeting is over?

I do not think it was recorded.

My only difference is that I know the meeting was recorded as MP4.

They may have been saved if the meeting was held on the Webex Suite and it's enabled by your administrator @RICHARD MESSINGER. Here's a link with more information about the chats:

The Chat is different than the Transcript. If it was recorded to the cloud and they had record transcripts enabled on their account they would see the transcript with the recording. This doesn't sound like what you're looking for but wanted to add it in case it is helpful for you.
