Hello,

Is it possible to set up an audio notification informing the parties on the call that the call is being recorded before the call starts?

We already have the recording tone enabled but we would like to know if we can set up the audio notification. The reason is that we have some users using Cisco Jabber. The Cisco Jabber device does not support the recording tone.

We have Cisco CUCM 11.5 and Cisco Jabber 14.0.

Are you referring to a Webex Meeting or to a common SIP/PSTN call?

When joining a Webex Meeting, each attendee should hear the notification automatically due to privacy reasons
