After Webex Meetings subscription ends, what happens to recordings?

Hi!

We are planning to not renew our Webex Meetings subscription. After the subscription ends, what happens to the previously recorded meetings and webinars? Will users still have access to these recordings? If not, is there a way to archive them?

Hey John,

Once the subscription gets cancelled/suspended the site will go into disabled status so users will not be able to access the portal

My suggestion would be to download recordings in bulk prior to the expiration date

There is an API from developer @ Webex that can help you downloading the recordings in bulk, please see article below:

This API below will include the recordingID and the download links to programmatically download site recordings (with Postman or your preferred software)

In addition, you can ask end users to download their recordings of interest from their Webex site prior to expiration date.
