After the subscription ends, what happens to the previously recorded meetings and webinars? Will users still have access to these recordings? If not, is there a way to archive them?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey John,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once the subscription gets cancelled/suspended the site will go into disabled status so users will not be able to access the portal&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My suggestion would be to download recordings in bulk prior to the expiration date&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is an API from developer&amp;nbsp;@ Webex that can help you downloading the recordings in bulk, please see article below:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;This API below will include the recordingID and the download links to programmatically download site recordings (with Postman or your preferred software)&lt;/P&gt;
