      <title>Webex app stuck on Signing in screen</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have a user that is using the Webex app, but whenever she logs in is stuck on the Signing in page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The login credentials work in the brower page of Webex, so we know its nothing to do with those, but it looks like maybe something is blocking the signing in stage when using the app itself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have attached the log file found in the Cisco Spark directory.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone guide me in the right direction where we need to look based on the log file.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; search the log for "error", there are a few that show up that may or may not point you in right direction&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. can you log in from another computer on the Webex App?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. have you verified firewall settings (&lt;A href="https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/WBX000028782/Network-Requirements-for-Webex-Services" target="_blank"&gt;Network Requirements for Webex Services&lt;/A&gt;)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. uninstall/reinstall (delete AppData info too)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5. open a ticket with Cisco&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://help.webex.com/en-us/contact" target="_blank"&gt;Contact Us - Webex Help Center&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
