How to disable "A transcript and summary will be created"?

Hi,

I don't know how it is called in English, but every time I start a meeting I hear a voice saying "Es wird eine Abschrift und Zusammenfassung erstellt", something like "A transcript and summary will be created". If I would be the only one hearing this it might be ok. But also other users who join my meeting will hear it. And that is really annoying as I don't need it.

I just called the support and I disabled some options at admin.webex.com. But the problem is still there.

Does anyone know how to exactly this option?

And is there any way to get e-mail support for Webex?

This is what I have done during the phone call:

Ah, it looks like it just took some time. At least this time I didn't hear the voice after joining the meeting.
