    <description>&lt;P&gt;We are Using Teams and have the Cisco Call App installed&lt;BR /&gt;The app seems to be working fine except for one issue, if you select Speed Dial, it won't load and just displays Error. You can hit the + to add a speed dial but you won't be able to see it since since the Speed Dials won't display.&lt;BR /&gt;This also happens in the web version of teams.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It says that t&lt;SPAN&gt;he app saves your speed dials to your Microsoft 365 profile so you can call your most frequent contacts quickly and easily.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Has this happened to anyone else and do you know a fix?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cisco Call App version: 2.7&lt;BR /&gt;Teams version:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;25094.310.3616.953&lt;/SPAN&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Webex Version: 45.5.0.32411&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried to re-install webex, reset the integration with Outlook, Clear Cache on Teams, Repair Teams&lt;BR /&gt;If you look at the Outlool integration in Teams it does say - Major impact - Class Factory is not registered&lt;/P&gt;</description>
