Hi,

I think Webex web app doesn't supports Mobile web browsers anymore based on this article

Browsers

The Webex Appfor Web app uses Web Real-Time Communication (WebRTC) to send media between Webex App-enabled apps. WebRTC doesn’t have a finalized standard and changes frequently, so every browser interprets it differently. Depending on how your browser interprets the latest version of WebRTC, it may introduce bugs that cause problems for Webex App for Web.

Webex App for Web is not supported on mobile web browsers, including: Safari, Microsoft Edge, SeaMonkey, Opera, or on the Microsoft Surface tablet.

Webex meeting through mobile phone browser only?

We are in the process to choose the best meeting app for our company. I had good experience with Webex in the past thus we are trying it right now.
First thing i noticed is that it seems no longer possible to join meetings on just the mobile phone browser. Webex insists to have the app installed, at least on my Samsung phone.
Is there a workaround for this?
- A lot of our clients in other parts of the world will have company phones with restricted permissions and will not be able or willing install a app just to have a conference call with us. ( i certainly would not do it)

Oh wow, thanks for that source. That would make using Webex a no go, we cannot afford to force customers installing an app just to have conference calls with us.

We otherwise love the functionality and clean UI of Webex. Bummer
