    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;BR /&gt;we’re seeing recurring issues with the Webex App across multiple users (both office and home). Looking for pointers to known issues, best practices, or checks we should run.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;Symptoms&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;File/image sends intermittently fail; messages/status updates can be delayed by minutes.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Webex intermittently shows “Connection lost”; at the same time the entire internet becomes extremely slow/unreachable for 1–2 minutes (even Google).&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;On startup, we occasionally see a “Language package could not be installed”–type error; the UI then appears partly German/partly English. Restart usually helps.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Some users report Webex won’t come online after establishing OpenVPN; restarting Webex (sometimes also the VPN) resolves it.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Environment&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Windows clients; Webex App up to date (Nov build, e.g., 45.11.x).&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Webex traffic is designed “direct to Internet” (split tunnel), not routed through VPN.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Issues occur both on corporate network and in home offices; multiple users affected.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Observations so far&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The 1–2 minute freezes look like general connectivity stalls; Webex exposes this most visibly on image/file sends and language package/CDN downloads.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;One home user reported a simultaneous incident; their local internet otherwise looked fine.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;Questions for the community&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are there known issues with recent Webex App versions that:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;block language package/CDN downloads, or&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;cause temporary messaging/image upload outages, especially when HTTPS inspection/content filters are in place?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Which domains/CDNs must be reachable “clean” (no SSL inspection/no proxy manipulation) for Webex App?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any experience with Check Point web filter/HTTPS inspection + Webex that could explain 1–2 minute stalls (e.g., QUIC/HTTP/3, SNI handling, TLS handshake/resumption, certificate pinning)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;We’d appreciate any known bugs, best-practice configs for Check Point/load balancers, or a pointer to the current “Network Requirements for Webex Services” documentation. Happy to test concrete measures (bypass rules, QUIC off, MTU adjustments, etc.) and provide logs. Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
