Can you please give me instructions on how delete my free webex meeting account? This have to be done in order to use with this email another webex site.

Thanks for posting your question.

The steps mentioned in the link shared by @EdgarArana91395 are correct, but if you have a free account, you may not have access to site administration.

If you do not have the option, please open a TAC case and they'll be able to delete your free account.

Thanks for your answer, it's the latter one I don't have the option to delete my account.

You can open a Cisco TAC case by going to the link below:
