    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All of a sudden one Webex teams user of ours does not recieve any Visual or sound notification about incoming webex calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have looked at all the windows notification settings and webex settings and all looks ok. I have removed and installed the latest teams program&amp;nbsp;from the website and its still the same. It was working perfectly ok up to a week ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone any idea to what the problem is ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The history shows missed calls when this happens. She can make outgoing calls perfectly ok and this works fine with a headset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
