Teams user gets no Windows notifications about incoming Calls

Hi.

All of a sudden one Webex teams user of ours does not recieve any Visual or sound notification about incoming webex calls.

I have looked at all the windows notification settings and webex settings and all looks ok. I have removed and installed the latest teams program from the website and its still the same. It was working perfectly ok up to a week ago.

Has anyone any idea to what the problem is ?

The history shows missed calls when this happens. She can make outgoing calls perfectly ok and this works fine with a headset.
