Hello All! I had no issues with my virtual background until last month. When I try to use the virtual background it cuts off half of my face. In other words it doesn't mold to my body. Is there any way to fix this?

At least you're able to use Virtual Background!

That said.. one way to fix this may be as simple as either changing your lighting or adding a green screen cover behind you. This will help / improve the quality since the app is trying to green screen without the cover. (Hope that makes sense). Of course.. not sure why it's not doing a better job of this without the green screen as it was before.

Webex uses some algorithms to distinguish your head and body from the background.

You may try to improve the result by increasing the constrast (color, brightness) between you and the background.
