    <description>&lt;P&gt;At least you're able to use Virtual Background!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That said.. one way to fix this may be as simple as either changing your lighting or adding a green screen cover behind you. This will help / improve the quality since the app is trying to green screen without the cover. (Hope that makes sense). Of course.. not sure why it's not doing a better job of this without the green screen as it was before.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello All!&amp;nbsp; I had no issues with my virtual background until last month.&amp;nbsp; When I try to use the virtual background it cuts off half of my face.&amp;nbsp; In other words it doesn't mold to my body.&amp;nbsp; Is there any way to fix this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Webex uses some algorithms to distinguish your head and body from the background.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You may try to improve the result by increasing the constrast (color, brightness) between you and the background.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
