Question: How to create and share whiteboard when using Webex Meetings from browser

I am using Webex Meetings from a browser as there is no Webex Meetings download for a Linux OS ( Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS ).

According to this article :

.. and selecting the "Web" option, there should be an "Activity Menu" ( with the "Staff" drop down icon ) somewhere. But I don't see it anywhere on the browser version of Webex Meetings. Am I blind or just confused ?

According to the following article, "The Webex Meetings web app doesn't have a whiteboard panel, so web app users can't see whiteboards that are shared during meetings":
