@Goswin Weemaes, thank you for your answer.

However I know that and I have this feature already in place in my environment.

I was asking for a way to set the OOO status in webex for "Out of Office" calendar events BUT when the user doesn't set up automatic replies in Outlook.

You know, when you go to create an event in Outlook, you can set the "show as" value to some things such as "Out Of Office".

Is strange that Cisco Webex is unable to get this information. Right?

Thank you

@johnny.ghio , deploying the Hybrid Calendar Service could give you a solution.
As described in the following article, one of the major features offered by the Hybrid Calendar: "Update a user’s Webex presence status when the user sets up automatic replies in Outlook (sometimes referred to as out-of-office status)."
https://help.webex.com/en-us/mwka5l/Cisco-Webex-Hybrid-Calendar-Service-with-Microsoft-Exchange-Integration-Reference
