Hi,

Usually this is an issue with Single Sign-On (SSO). After entering your e-mail usually the SSO page will load. If the sign-on method presented on your network is not compatible with the client (certain ADFS, ntlm settings) it will fail to navigate further.

You can contact your network administrator for details on their SSO configuration and in turn Cisco TAC for support on configuration.

If permitted in your organization you may be able to log in while off-network and re-launch the client on the network.

Thanks,

James

Hi,

I've installed Webex for Linux (.DEB) but all what it does is to prompt for my email address and then shows a blank screen.

There doesn't seem to be any log.

Any hint?

Distribution: Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS
