Hi!

If the webex app started with resticted (non admin) user,

the program stoped with error message "Spark helyi adatbázisának inicializálása sikertelen" (hungarian) "Spark local database initialisation unsuccesfull".

The current.log is attached.

If the program execute the administrator, the program running properly.

quick guessing:
try to uninstall the Software (as Admin) and install it again as user - since there are no admin-privileges required to install and run Webex. As far as I can say, this seems to be the preferred/default method.
