Meeting did not record

Good Evening

I scheduled a meeting for this morning to start recording automatically on the cloud. Seems that the meeting did not record. Is there any way the meeting was recorded and saved on Cisco\Webex sites?

I hope I can retrieve the recording it is very important.

Hi,

Only site administrator can turn on automatic recordings for individual users. Individual users can not do that. Is automatic recording enabled for your profile by your site administrator? If this option is enabled for you then the meeting should record automatically and it will be stored on Cloud or Local drive depending on the site settings.

I am the administrator. It is a recurring meeting scheduled to record automatically. Usually, the recordings are available under the recordings but today the recording failed.

Is a copy of the recording available?

What i understood from your question, For some reason automatic recording enabled didn't start or it got failed.

In that case there is no recording happened and we cannot expect any files to be available for download.
