topic Panelists for Webex Events(new) in Webex Meetings and Webex App

In the previous version of Webex Events (41.10) you could configure your panelists and email them later. We would add panelists and let the appropriate executive assistants add the webex invite to their manager's calendar rather then random webex email invites.

The latest Webex Events (new) emails the panelists when saving the event with no option to not send the invites immediately. Has anyone found a way around this ?

Hello Terry,

Thank you for your question.

Here is what you can do in Cisco Events(new)

Go to your webex site URL

Plan the event(new) and click on "Schedule" without adding any Panelist's email address during scheduling.

Once the scheduling is complete, on the left side of the page you have a Panelist section giving you an avenue to invite panelists when you are ready.( attached screenshot)

Hope you find this helpful.
