Webex app on MacBook Air M1

I'm running macOS Monterey 12.0.1 on both my MacBook Air and iMac.

on iMac - Webex is v 41.10.7.14

on Air - Webex is v 41.10.0.20371

works fine on iMac, but on Air I'm getting error that: "The Webex meeting site is not currently available. Try again later."

I've deleted and reinstalled the app, but no luck.

any ideas ??
