Hello,

screen sharing and cam vedio is not working on webex firefox.

I tried enabling this setting as per warning message I got. But still screen sharing and vedio is not working.

warning pop message I got

"To activate it in your Firefox browser, go to Options > Extensions & Themes > Plugins > OpenH264 Video Codec provided by Cisco Systems, Inc. > Always Activate."

Could someone help me in this.

Hope you restarted the Browser. Also try to clear the Firefox caches. Not sure if this links help you or not.https://windowsreport.com/video-format-or-mime-type-is-not-supported/

Why don't you try a different browser.
