I believe that removing the email address from the meeting invite before the meeting start should work. The person that you removed from the invite should receive a cancelation email about that particular meeting and when you start a meeting the email address from that person should not appear in the Invite and Remind option.

You would just need to resend the invite and delete that specific person. They will get a message the meeting was cancelled. The other option is to cancel the meeting altogether and resend, because I believe if you do the first way I mentioned, they would have the ability (password/meeting #) to still login.

I have this problem as well. The steps recommended in other posts here do not apply in my use case. A team member retired in early January. His email address appears in the Invite & Remind dialog after starting a meeting from the Windows application. This is when I first joined the meeting I just started; no one was invited. How do I delete his email address?
