I have two issues that i am facing

First

I am tyring to login into the my admin account using https://admin.webex.com after signing in its redirecting to https://web.webex.com/admin/subscription page.

Second

When the meeting starts people are waiting in the lobby instead of coming in directly. I need them to join the meeting without waiting in the lobby. Previously they used to join directly instead of waiting in the lobby, but off late its happening.

Can you please advise on the above two issues?

Is there any new Subscription which you need to Provisions.

Tried this link, https://web.webex.com/admin/subscription. After sign in it took me me to admin.webex.com

Hi Richard:

Both two change are the new behaviors.

web.webex.com called control Hub Lite platform, you will always go to this platform first after you sign in.

after redirect to web.webex.com, you can click your user name on the top left corner, then choose "Cisco WebEx Control Hub" then it will go back to admin.webex.com page.

For the second question, after 42.1 version, lobby enabled by default for guest access, that why attendee cannot join meeting directly, you can follow personal room setting according via admin.webex.com which above Nithin Eluvathingal mention.

To add to @jingjhua's response:

https://web.webex.com/admin/subscription is the Control Hub Lite IMO, whereas https://web.webex.com is the Webex Web Client.
From what I observed, Control Hub Lite only applies to Webex Online subscriptions (i.e. those purchased directly from webex.com with a credit card).
