Webex Error - Failed to get correct parameters while parsing the meeting component

Hey everyone,

When I try to open a Webex meeting, I get the error: Failed to get correct parameters while parsing the meeting component.

I found a lot of people with the issue saying: while downloading the meeting component, but nothing with parsing.

I checked the solution for the downloading one and TLS and SSL were set up like they should.

Any suggestions?

I have TLS 1.2 enabled but am still receiving this error.

in 2025 !!
I did all the steps above,
and customer wants to only use it for inside LAN access meeting,
then >> when I gave the client computer access to the internet,
now the problem is solved and we can log in properly..
