When pass keyboard and mouse control to me, I cannot type anything on remoted screen

It's the question for Webex Meeting : "Pass Keyboard and Mouse Control"

Now I use "starter plan".

When my friend "Pass Keyboard and Mouse Control" to me, I can control his screen but it is really slow, and when I switch the type language(English <-> Chinese), it will stuck then stop the connection.

Before I use Enterprise version, it never has this problem.

I tried to figure out what could be the reason cause this situation.

1. Maybe due to the server?

I bought "starter plan" from Webex Taiwan (https://www.webex.com/zh-tw/index.html)
(I'm not sure if it is server from America or Singapore. Would anyone know?)
Before I use Enterprise version, it may the server from America.

2. Maybe due to the connection different between Enterprise version and "starter plan" ?

I also have this problem.

When I provide control to colleagues from India or Hungary they are able to move the mouse but are not able to enter any information.
