    <description>&lt;P&gt;I also have this problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I provide control to colleagues from India or Hungary they are able to move the mouse but are not able to enter any information.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's the question for &lt;STRONG&gt;Webex Meeting :&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;"&lt;STRONG&gt;Pass Keyboard and Mouse Control&lt;/STRONG&gt;"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I use "starter plan".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When my friend "&lt;STRONG&gt;Pass Keyboard and Mouse Control&lt;/STRONG&gt;" to me, I can control his screen but it is really slow, and when I &lt;STRONG&gt;switch&lt;/STRONG&gt; the type language(English &amp;lt;-&amp;gt; Chinese), it will &lt;STRONG&gt;stuck then stop the connection&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;Before I use Enterprise version, it never has this problem.&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to figure out what could be the reason cause this situation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Maybe due to the &lt;STRONG&gt;server&lt;/STRONG&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I bought&amp;nbsp;"starter plan" from Webex Taiwan (&lt;A href="https://www.webex.com/zh-tw/index.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.webex.com/zh-tw/index.html&lt;/A&gt;)&lt;BR /&gt;(I'm not sure if it is server from America or Singapore. Would anyone know?)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Before I use Enterprise version, it may the server from America.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Maybe due to the &lt;STRONG&gt;connection different between&amp;nbsp;Enterprise version and&amp;nbsp;"starter plan"&lt;/STRONG&gt; ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
