Persist popup notifications until I dismiss them

When we first started using Webex several months ago it was possible to set popups to persist until I dismiss them. Now I can't see a setting for that.

Currently the popup disappears after a few seconds, so if I'm not looking at that screen or I'm away from the computer, I miss the alert.

We don't have computer speakers, and I don't wear a headset all day, so audio doesn't help. I expand my applications to full-screen, and I'm paying attention to my work, so Webex is not always visible, and anyway it's not enough that a name is bolded.

I need a strong visual notification that persists until I dismiss it, on top of other windows.

How do other people ensure that you don't miss direct messages or mentions?

The Webex app icon in the tool bar shows an idication as well if there are unread messages. If you just put the application in background/minimize it, then it is easy to see it..

Thanks, but am I really supposed to notice a tiny icon changing in the
far-left corner of my multiple screens? I am asking for a popup that
persists, something that existed in Webex a few months ago.
