Webex schedule button in desktop app not working properly.

Hi,

I'm trying to help out a coworker with his Webex setup. I've installed the desktop app however when I click on the "schedule" button all it does is open a new appointment in Outlook, I don't get the popup window that adds the meeting info to the appointment.

I also can't find where to download the productivity tools, in the support page it says that they are in the downloads area but that's not the case.

Try going to your preferences in Webex and going to the Meetings section. There you can connect your Email calendar to your Webex account.
