    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! I don't know why I can't open my Webex app. There is no crash report. When I try to open the app, it never appears on my screen. But I find it in my task manager and it seems to be using the CPU. It's pretty strange. I could open it yesterday night but&amp;nbsp; I failed many times today morning.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Windows&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sign out of the Webex client.&lt;BR /&gt;Press Ctrl + Alt + Del on your keyboard, then select Task Manager.&lt;BR /&gt;Select More details (if you do not see Processes):&lt;BR /&gt;User-added image&lt;BR /&gt;Under the Processes tab, right-click on Webex, then select End Task.&lt;BR /&gt;User-added image&lt;BR /&gt;Right-click on the Windows (Start) button, and select Run. In the Open text box, enter %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\CiscoSpark.&lt;BR /&gt;Delete all data in the CiscoSpark folder.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
