a real Outlook integration for calendaring with the new Webex App is only possible, if you are using MS Office 365 (i.e. the cloud version of Office / Outlook).

The Webex Scheduler add-in is separate from the new Webex App and it is a replacement for the Webex Productivity Tools.

In the Webex App you can specify, if you want to schedule a meeting directly from the Webex App or if Outlook should be used. If you go for the Outlook option, it will open a new Outlook meeting invitation and - provided that you have the Webex Scheduler add-in installed - will include the meeting details of your personal room.

Thanks for clearing that up.
Where is the Webex scheduler add-in available to download? I assume I can get it from webex web portal when I login into my webex account? same place as the productivity tools

So to clarify,
Are you saying that Webex Productivity Tools will not provide Outlook integration (Outlook client) from the New Webex Desktop App?
