Can't answer on android

I am using webex Teams on Android for calling. If the phone is inactive when a call comes in.

Most times it rings but not always

When you answer it a message appears :Calling" with the Cheerio spinning for about 10 seconds which seems like an eternity.

Battery is not optimized and all notifications are turned on

I have this problem too. Checked status on my android Webex app, checked app notifications on my device. Calls ring to my MacOS app, but not to my cell phone.

Did you have whitelisted the app for background activities? Otherwise, the Android OS may disable them, notifications will not be sent to the screen etc.
