Expansion to other countries and/or&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.cisco.com/t5/collaboration-knowledge-base/cloud-connect-for-webex-calling-global-availability/ta-p/3916211" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Cloud Connect partners&lt;/A&gt; (f.k.a. Cloud-Connected PSTN Providers) are forward-looking roadmap items that would require an NDA to discuss.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;This feature is available only to &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Enterprise customers.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt; Online customers are currently not eligible to use business texting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;WHY?!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have to use a 3rd party company called Text Request to SMS our Cisco numbers - would be great if it was all in one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
