    <description>&lt;P&gt;I guess you've purchased Webex Calling NamedUser (NU) licenses from your Partner. There you need to order "Workspace" licenses. They are not automatically included in "CallPlan". Call Plan is only for PSTN access.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I add a workspace and then try to add a Cisco 8865 I get the following error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;In order to add an IP phone, Your organization must purchase Webex Calling Places licenses first. Contact your partner or Cisco Sales for more information.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;I dont see an optipn to buy this license... we self service "Call Plan" and have 3 users...&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;you actually need common area licenses. You should be able to put in a request with Cisco to get them added. Make sure to add them as a device instead of creating a workspace first.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
