Meeting notifications on Cisco 8865 phone

We were just converted to WebEx calling and my 8865 phone was converted from the enterprise firmware to the 3pcc firmware and registered with WebEx directly. The issue we are seeing is that on the 8865 phones they are prompting for any scheduled WebEx meeting. How can this be disabled?

This is what we need to disable from prompting on the phones.

Hi @putney_m ,

You can try disabling Webex Meetings for MPP devices using below steps:

Go to Control Hub >> Management >> Locations >> Calling tab
Scroll to Device Management >> click Manage
Choose Custom Settings and Select MPP
Go to the bottom of the screen and toggle Webex Meetings. If this option is grayed out the I would recommend opening a TAC case.

And for sure, that setting can also be configured at org level or device level such as all other device settings.

This setting is read-only to customers, as your screenshot indicates. Ask your Webex CSM if they have the ability to disable it.

was there a solution ever found for this?
