I support VoIP in the Higher Education realm. The Deaf and Hard of Hearing Department inquired if this feature is available in WebEx.

Thanks Jeffery, it is really helpful. I do see the SMS feature request already filed, and it's marked for future consideration on the roadmap, it would be helpful if you vote for it, and comment on your use case:

I was curious though, does the Assistant Closed Caption feature help as well?
